# Portir Docs

> US stocks on BNB Chain, bought at a fair price. Start here.

Portir lets anyone own tokenized US stocks on BNB Chain the way they would buy a mutual fund: pick a stock or a basket, set an amount, and let an agent buy only when the market is open and the price is fair. Every order passes the **Guard** first, and every decision the agent makes is written on-chain with a one-sentence reason.
