# Create a plan

> Set a recurring investment that the agent runs only when the price is fair.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Plans → New">
    You see the plan as a flow diagram: every step the agent will take. Set it up right on the diagram.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose the target">
    A single stock or one of the four baskets.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Amount and cadence">
    Amount per run in USDT; weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly. Each holding needs at least \$1 per run.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Smart timing">
    On: wait up to 48h after the due time for the US open and a GO price. Off: buy at the due time unless the Guard says BLOCK.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Sign the plan">
    Your wallet signs `createPlan` on `PlanRegistry`, with the Portir agent as executor.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Allow funding">
    Tap **Allow** to let the registry spend up to 12 runs' worth of USDT. When fewer than 3 runs remain, the button becomes **Top up**. **Revoke** stops spending; your plans will wait.

## After that

Each plan has a page with its runs (Executed / Waited / Skipped and the reason) and **View flow**, which lights up where the last run stopped. You can edit amount, cadence or smart timing, pause and resume.

  Prefer typing? On the Plans page, ask the agent: *"Invest \$50 in AI & Semis every Monday, only when fair."* It proposes the plan; your wallet signs.
